Custom Model Horses
Painted by Janis Whitcomb Cassidy, SM ASB in shaded Chestnut![]() Tiaro Yubielly (pronounced T-R-O-U-B-L-E) is a little Safari donkey in a typical donkey gray. Seems she wanted nothing more than to cause problems while be prepped (by me) and painted by Janis. I think she at one point had primer instead of clear coat put on her! Yikes! Little troublemaker!![]() Watch This is a Breyer Lonesome Glory done in a rich dapple bay, which is my favorite color that Janis does. ![]() Carmelita is the new Paso Fino mare mold by Breyer. I do Janis' web page for her and when she sent this little gal's picture to go on her page to head to eBay I was smitten and she never got to eBay! This is the Iron Metal Chief mold repainted in bright dappled buckskin. Here is one of the first horses I got from Janis. He is the Sham done in a dapple gray with the neatest peachy undertones. He's now named Desert Phantom partially due to a suggestion to call him Phantom sent in through email.![]() Auburn Rose was one of the first models Janis painted when she decided to try it out (she was originally a canvas artist). She doesn't look like an early try. Very nice! Here's a little Woody repaint she did as an experiment. His name is Woodrow. Time to Toast, SM Morgan Stallion in a cool-toned palomino.![]() *(not pictured) Amanda, Paso Fino slightly remade by me, painted by Janis to a rose gray Various Artists The little guy was done by Claire Rieger in 1999. I call him In the Clear and he's shown as an American Spotted Draft. ![]() This is also a model done by Claire Rieger. She took them to BF 1999 and got lots of great comments.![]() This is the new stock horse mold, done as a semi-leopard Appaloosa by Lee Francis. I named him The Out of Towner. Photo is by Lee Francis.![]() | ||
